Honey, Pecan & Cranberry Granola bars

You can substitute the nuts and dried fruit freely; just use the basic ratio of 75g nuts and 50g dried fruit, and away you go!  Have fun with this recipe and make it your own. 🙂

Ingredients
100g rolled oats
100g runny honey
50g chopped pecans
25g chopped hazelnuts
100g nut butter (peanut butter/almond butter)
50g dried cranberries

Instructions
Mix oats, pecans, hazelnuts & cranberries in a bowl
Mix honey and nut butter in a separate bowl
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper
Add the mixture, spread it out and press down firmly
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
Pre-heat your oven to 180c
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove and slice into bars
Store in an airtight container
