New season = new clothes (for my boy!)
Now that the school holidays are well and truly over, I’ve started to think about the cosy Autumn days ahead…!
With that in mind, I’ve put together some of my top picks for Autumn/Winter wear for toddlers.
A new season means getting some new bits and pieces for my little boy. Our son is very lucky that he has an older cousin; a lot of wonderful items get handed down to us which means that we don’t need to buy too much. I can’t resist though. Once the summer sales have cleared out of the way, the stores are just full of gorgeous clothing (and everything looks so cute when it’s so small!). Here are 3 of my favourite places to shop, with 3 top picks from each.
One of my favourite brands, and they certainly don’t disappoint with their Autumn/Winter range. How cute are these dungarees? Made from organic cord and fully lined with soft organic cotton for extra warmth. I do love a Snuggle Suit, and this one goes up to size 18-24 months, which is perfect. Wellies are essential for splashing about in puddles (and lets face it, we get plenty of rain here in the UK!). These cute shark print ones are just gorgeous.
With a wide range of great quality clothing and homeware, Esprit is a fantastic choice for the Autumn/Winter season. This blue duffle coat is adorable! And I love the bright yellow of the jumper – vibrant colours are a favourite of mine. The body warmer has a hood, which makes it perfect for those windy days ahead! Because he’s not quite a baby any more (sob!) it’s not all pram suits… I do need to dress him in some age appropriate items… and these ones are perfect.
Well known for their great value kids clothing, the new range from H&M is ace. I love cloud prints anyway, and this top and trouser set make a lovely combo! The poppers at the neck of the long sleeve shirt make it nice and easy to put on (especially when chasing a very active toddler around!). The fine knit hat is super cosy… and if I can keep it on my little boys head, we’ll be onto a winner!
